Design
Overall, the Hilux D-Cab has a dynamic and modern exterior design. The external design succeeded to the powerful image and the interior was assumed to be the one simple as a youthful design like the speciality car was united with power and space that increased composure was able to be felt wider.

Safety
Toyota established the Global Outstanding Assessment (GOA) passive safety assessment programme to ensure that Toyota's tough safety standards are met. As a result, HiLux's design and construction satisfies Toyota's stringent passive safety guidelines with an impact absorbing cabin complete with side door anti-intrusion beams and a Head Impact Protection Structure (HIPS), so it helps absorb impact. There is also a cross member at the front end of the frame, helping prevent smaller vehicle intrusion.
The protection and safety of driver and passengers is a priority. That's why Hilux comes with driver and front passenger SRS airbags as standard on every model. The airbags work together with the pre-tensioning seatbelts to help keep both you and your passenger safe in frontal collisions.
